摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究不同温度下3种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mucorrhiz fungi,AMF)对枳实生苗(Poncirus trifoliata(L)Raf)叶片抗氧化酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:丛枝菌根真菌都能很好地浸染枳壳实生苗,其中以Gigspora margarita为最好;不同温度下尤其是高温下能显著增加根系活力、叶片可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量,降低质膜透性、MDA含量和脯氨酸含量,显著提高SOD和POD的活性,说明菌根化枳壳有利于增强植株的抗氧化能力,从而提高耐低、高温胁迫的能力;菌株差异对枳壳在不同温度下表现差异较大,以Gigspora margarita与对照差异最明显。With pot culture conditions, the influences of three kinds of arbuscular mucorrhiz fungi (AMF) on physiological indexes, such as activity of antioxidant enzyme in leaves. The results showed that all three kinds of AMF can taint Poncirus trifoliata (L) Raf seedling greatly, in which Gigspora margarita was the best; under different temperatures especially high temperature, all of them can significantly increase activity of roots and contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein, decrease membrane permeability and contents of MDA and proline, and increase activities of SOD and POD. Therefore, mycorrhizal rind of Poncirus trifoliata (L) Raf is beneficial to enhance antioxidation ability of plants, thereby enhancing its stress ability against temperature; different fungus strains showed huge difference on rind of Poncirus trifoliata (L) Raf under different temperatures, in which the Gigspora margarita had the most obvious differences with control.
