消除失地农民政策性排斥的对策研究

摘　　要：城市化发展中出现的大量的失地农民,由于受到各种排斥而不能很好的与城市融合。政策性排斥是其各种排斥的根源,介绍了失地农民政策性排斥的表现,深入分析了造成政策性排斥的原因,并提出了相关建议和对策。There have been a large number of land-lost farmers during the development of urbanization. They can not fusion with the city greatly because of various exclusions, and the policy-related exclusion is the root of them. Therefore, the causes of policy-related exclusion were analyzed deeply on the basis of introducing the performances of policyrelated exclusion for farmers, then the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were proposed.
