摘  要:喇嘛甸油田进入特高含水开发期已经十余年,2011年水驱综合含水为94.83%。针对水驱含水不断上升、产油量递减加快、无效低效注采循环严重的形势,利用储层精细解剖研究成果,在搞清剩余油分布特征基础上,利用提前完钻的二类油层三次采油加密井网,通过选择性射孔,建立新的驱动体系,对厚油层内部剩余油富集的结构单元强化水驱二次采油,有效改善了水驱开发效果。总结出在特高含水开发期关于射孔、调整及精细注水等方面的水驱二次开发方法,对类似油层水驱挖潜有指导意义。Lamadian Oilfield at extra high waterflooded period has been developed for more than 10 years, the comprehensive water cut in 2011 for water flooding reached 94. 83%. For the series situations such as gradually in- creasing water cut, accelerated the decline of oil production and ineffective and low-efficiency injection-production cycles, using the study achievements of the fine reservoir characterization, on the basis of making clear of the re- mained oil distribution features, with the help of the tertiary recovery well pattern of the previously-drilled second oil reservoirs and the selective perforation, a new driving system is established, thus the developed results of the water flooding for the structural units accumulated and enriched by the remained oil in thick reservoirs and en- hanced second water flooding are improved greatly and effectively. The second water flooding methods for perfora- tion selection, adjustment, fine water injection and so on at extra high water cut period are summarized. All these achievements possess a certain guiding significance for the potential tapping of this kind of oil reservoirs.
