摘 要:汽窜是稠油注蒸汽开发过程中遇到的主要难题,严重影响注汽效果。研究了新型改性落叶松栲胶复合耐高温选择性调堵体系,确定了其最优配方,并从质量分数、温度、pH值、矿化度、成胶液黏度以及长期热稳定性等方面对封堵体系的性能进行评价。该体系具有耐高温、封堵性能好、注入黏度低、堵水不堵油的优点,可以实现调整注汽剖面、治理汽窜与封堵地层水的多重效果。同时按照防汽窜封堵的总体目标和要求,研究了配套凝胶型防汽窜封堵剂所适合的现场注入工艺技术。对SJS56—16—12井采用改性落叶松栲胶汽窜封堵体系进行封窜,现场结果表明:封窜效果良好,降水作用明显。凝胶型防汽窜封堵体系现场配注及工艺技术问题的解决,为防汽窜封堵施工现场实施提供理论指导和保证。Steam channeling is the main difficult problem in the development of heavy oil steam injection, and fur- thermore the injection effects are seriously influenced. The complex high-temperature resistant and alternative con- trolling-plugging system of new-type MLTE ( Modified Larch Tannin Extract ) is studied and then the optimal formu- la is determined. At the same time, from the aspects of mass fraction, temperature, pH value, salinity, gel forming viscosity, long-term thermal stability and so on, the properties of the system are evaluated. The system is character- ized by the following advantages: high-temperature resistance, better plugging property, low injection viscosity, water-plugging and not oil-plugging selectivity. So the multiple effects of controlling the profiles of steam injection, dealing with steam channeling and plugging formation water can be realized. In the meantime, according to the o- verall targets and requirements of the steam channeling control and plugging, the adapted field injecting technology and techniques are developed for matching with gel-type anti-steam-channeling plugging agent. For SJS56-16-12well, the system of MLTE steam-channeling plugging agent is adopted. The field results show the plugging effects are much better and moreover the action of water reduction is also obvious. The solved problems of the field prepa- ration and injection methods and technical issues for the new-type system have provided theoretical guidance and as- surance for the on-site operation of anti-steam-channeling plugging.
