摘  要:红岗油藏具有油层数量较多、渗透率较低、非均质性较严重和原油黏度较高等特点,水驱开发效果较差。依据油藏开发实际需求,利用仪器检测、物理模拟和理论分析方法,开展“复配聚合物/非离子表面活性剂JN-1”二元复合驱增油效果实验研究,并对二元复合驱注入参数进行了优化。结果表明,与相同黏度“高分聚合物/非离子表面活性剂JN-1”二元复合体系相比较,“复配聚合物/非离子表面活性剂JN-1”二元复合体系的扩大波及体积能力较强,采收率增幅较大,采取“调剖剂+二元复合体系”段塞组合要比单独使用二元复合体系的增油效果好,并且油田开发中前期的调剖要比中后期的增油效果好。推荐矿场驱油剂药剂和段塞组成实施方案为“前置段塞注入孔隙体积倍数0.05(2.4g/L复配聚合物)+主段塞注入孔隙体积倍数0.50(1.6g/L复配聚合物,3.0g/L表面活性剂JN.1)+保护段塞注入孔隙体积倍数0.02(1.8g/L复配聚合物)”。Honggang oil reservoirs are characterized by a large quantity of oil layers, lower permeability, rather serious heterogeneity, higher crude oil viscosity and so on, and moreover the development effects of water flooding are rather poorer. According to the actual requirements of the oil reservoirs, the experimental researches of the oil flooded effects of binary complex flooding by "re-prepared polymer/non-ionic surfactant JN-1" are conducted with the help of instrument tests, physical modeling and theoretical analyses, and furthermore the injecting parameters of the flooding are optimized. The results show that comparing with the binary complex system composed of high-mole- cule polymer/non-ionic surfactant JN-1 with the same viscosity, the co-prepared system possesses much stronger a- bilities to enlarge the swept volume and enhance a great higher recovery factor. The slug combination of "profile controlling agent + binary complex system" is better than just the individually-adopted binary complex system in the oil incre/nental effects, and furthermore it is much better to control profiles in the early and middle stages than the mid and late stages in oil stimulated results. The recommendation is that the pre-slug 0.05 PV as the injection pore volume multiples (2.4 g/L re-prepared polymer) + main-slug 0.02 PV as the injection pore volume multi- ples ( 1.8 g/L re-prepared polymer) as the operation program combined by oil-flooding agents and slugs in the field test.
