摘  要:以矮牵牛组培苗为试验材料,在培养基中添加不同浓度的HgCl2,分析Hg2+对矮牵牛组培苗生长方面的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Hg2+对矮牵牛的生长影响不大,表现为叶片数、株高、鲜重均超过对照,叶绿素也能正常合成,临界浓度为HgCl210μg.mL-1。而当HgCl2浓度超过150μg.mL-1时,植株就会死亡,说明HgCl2对矮牵牛产生毒害的致死浓度为150μg.mL-1。Taking tissue culture seedlings of Petunia hybrida Vilm as test materials,and added different density HgCl2 in the medium to study the effect of Hg2+ on the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Petunia hybrida Vilm. The results showed that there were not significant effects of lower density Hg2+ on the growth of Petu- nia hybrida, expressed as the number of leaves, plant height, fresh weight were all higher than that of the con- trol,chlorophyll could also be normal synthesis,and the critical density was HgCl2 10μg·mL^-1. When the den- sity of HgCI2 exceed 150 μg·mL^-1 ,plants would he dead, expressed as the lethal density of Petunia hybrlda produced toxic by HgClz was 150μg·mL^-1.
