摘　　要：为提高传染病疫情报告率和报告卡填写完好率,解决传染病漏报、迟报的问题,开发一套传染病报告管理系统。采用Client/Server体系结构,以基于HIS系统的Oracle后台数据库为基础,应用PowerBuilder 9.0为前台开发工具开发系统的各个模块。该系统的使用加强了传染病报告的信息化管理,规范了报告内容,提高了法定传染病报告的质量。该系统为医院及时、准确地完成传染病网络直报工作提供了可靠保障。To improve infectious disease reporting rate and report-card fill-in correct rate, also resolve the problem of infectious diseases underreporting, infectious diseases report management system is developed. Having Oracle as back-end database of HIS system and PowerBuilder 9.0 as front-end development tool, Client / Server architecture is designed, and each model of system is developed. The information management of infectious diseases reporting is strengthened, the content of the report is regulated, the quality of legal infectious disease report is improved. Reliable protection is provided for hospital timely and accurate completion of the diseases network direct reporting.
