摘 要:同步断路器控制装置所处的电磁环境十分恶劣,提高其抗干扰能力对电力系统的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。文中分析了干扰的主要来源,以及相应的电磁兼容试验项目。从硬件和软件两方面对装置进行了全面的电磁兼容分析和设计。利用所提出的抗干扰措施应用到实际的同步断路器控制装置中并对一未通过电磁兼容测试的同步断路器控制器进行了改进,都顺利的通过了4级干扰度试验。试验证明了所采取的电磁兼容措施的正确性,具有一定应用意义。To enhance anti-electromagnetic interference ability of synchronous circuit breaker controller and improve safety and reliability of power system, the main sources of electromagnetic interference and the corresponding electromagnetic compatibility tests were analyzed. Comprehensive EMC analysis and design of the controller were performed from two aspects of hardware and software. Some anti-electromagnetic interference methods were proposed and applied to actual synchronous circuit breaker controllers, and one controller, which failed the EMC test, was improved. Subsequently, all of the controllers treated passed through the fourth level of the interference test, which demonstrate the correctness of the proposed methods.
