摘  要:电气设备状态评价与风险评估是当前电网安全和供电可靠性研究工作的重要方向,对电气设备预期使用寿命进行评估是电网可靠性和安全评估的重要判据之一,但是目前中国有关电气设备使用寿命还未建立相关标准。配网避雷器是配网防雷保护的主要设备,广东地区雷电活动强烈,加之配网避雷器使用量大、价格便宜、准入门槛低,在设计、工艺、制造、选型、安装、运维及检测环节存在不少问题,导致运行故障率较高。笔者通过对配网避雷器故障模式和受损决定因素进行分析,提出配网避雷器预期寿命计算路线,并具体介绍评估方法、过程和计算实例,可为电气设备预期寿命评估提供借鉴。Expected working life estimation of electrical equipment is important for power grid reliability and safety assessment. However, there is not a standard relevant to working life of electrical equipment in China. Lightning arrester is a main lightning protection equipment of distribution network. The lightning in Guangdong Province is very strong, which results in many problems in arresters' design, process, manufacture, selection, installation, operation, maintenance and inspection processes, leading to high failure rate. In this paper, the fault mode and decisive damage inducing factors of the lightning arrester for distribution network are analyzed, the computing route of expected working life of lightning arrester is proposed, and the concrete estimation method, estimation process and calculation example are discussed to provide a reference for life expectancy assessment of electrical equipment.
