摘  要:利用自行设计的GIS缺陷模拟装置研究针板缺陷下的SF6分解情况,脉冲电流法配合PDcheck绝缘状态在线诊断系统监测局部放电电流。对样气进行红外检测,提取典型分解产物特征,并对比分析不同充装气压、施加电压下的SF6分解情况。典型分解产物为SOF4、SO2F2、CO2,其体积分数均随加压时间延长呈增大趋势。其中SOF4饱和时间较短,SO2F2体积分数一直呈近线形增长,而CO2在加压一段时间后呈近线形增长。不同气压下的分解情况有其共通性,不同处在于,低气压相同加压时间下SOF4和SO2F2的体积分数较高气压下高,但CO2体积分数较低,可能与绝缘材料参与反应速率较慢有关。SO2F2反应气体分解灵敏度较其他两种产物高。对比不同试验条件下PRPD(局部放电相位分布)谱图,发现其图形特征有明显区别。SF6 decomposition with needle-to-plate defect was investigated with the self-designed GIS-defect-simulating apparatus, where partial discharge current was monitored by the on-line insulation diagnosis system PD check combining with pulse current method. The gas samples were measured by the infrared detection method, and the SF6 decomposition features under different gas pressure and applied voltage were analyzed. The results showed that: The typical decomposition products were SOF4, S02F2 and C02, their volume fractions tended to increase with voltage duration; Saturation time of SOF4 was shorter, while SO2F2 showed a near-linear increase within whole voltage duration, and CO2 got a near-linear increase after certain period of voltage application; Similarities were found in the decomposition with different gas pressure, however, under same voltage duration, the concentrations of SOF4 and SO2F2 were higher at lower pressure that that at higher pressure, but the variation was opposite for CO2, which might relate to insulation material involved in reaction; SO2F2 was more sensitive to SF6 decomposition than the other two products. PRPD spectra for different experimental conditions were obviously different in graphic feature.
