摘　　要：针对大功率CT20弹簧操动机构出现合后即分的问题,笔者介绍了大功率CT20弹簧操动机构中合闸保持机构的原理,并分析了CT20弹簧操动机构出现合后即分的各种因素,结合故障机构的解体分析,并通过对主要因素的控制,经过试验验证,成功的解决了该机构合后即分的不可靠性。Aiming at the failure of instant open after close of CT20 type high-power spring mechanism, the authors describe the structure of the CT20 type high-power spring mechanism and the principle of maintaining closing-state, and analyzes various factors inducing the instant open after close failure. Disassembly analysis of failed mechanisms is conducted. Subsequently, tests demonstrate that the instant open after close failure of the CT20 type high-power spring mechanism is eliminated by controlling the factors mentioned.
