摘 要:抗浪鱼核型研究可为抗浪鱼的物种生物学研究、资源保护、管理以及种质鉴定提供依据。采用腹腔注射PHA和秋水仙素体内注射法,采集抗浪鱼前肾,利用"低渗-空气"干燥法制片,分析抗浪鱼染色体核型。结果表明,抗浪鱼细胞染色体数目在46~50之间,以染色体数目2n=48所占比例最大;共有7对中部着丝粒染色体、10对近中着丝粒染色体、7对近端着丝粒,染色体的总臂数NF=82;与其他鲌亚科鱼类核型对比,在一定程度上显示出抗浪鱼在进化上的独特性。研究结果为进一步研究抗浪鱼的物种生物学以及物种鉴定提供了基础资料。The determination of the karyotype of Anabarilius grahami can provide the basis for identification of Anabarilius graharni, resource protection and management. In this study, the intraperitoneal injection of phytohaemagglutin!n and colchicine factors in vivo were adopted. After the kidney were collected, the karyotype were analyzed by hypotonic-air drying method. The results showed that the number of chromosomes of Anabarilius grahami between 46-50, chromosome number to 2n= 48 is largest proportion. There were 7 pairs of median chromosomes, 10 pairs of submetacentric chromosomes, 7 pairs of acrocentric chromosomes. The total arm number NF was 82, wich showed a certain extent uniqueness of the Anabarilius grahami. This test provides a theoretical basis for further study on the anti-wave fish species as well as identification.
