摘 要:高致病性动物疫病对人畜危害严重,需要采取紧急、严厉的强制预防、控制或扑灭措施。疫病暴发前的科学合理的预防、疫病暴发时及时准确的诊断是防控这类疫病不可缺少的重要环节。论文综合概述了新城疫、口蹄疫、猪流感H1N1亚型、猪瘟、高致病性猪蓝耳病5种主要高致病性动物疫病的诊断方法研究进展。Highly pathogenic animal epidemics are harmful to human and livestock, and need to be preven- ted, controlled and exterminated urgently and strictly. Thus scientific and reasonable prevention before the outbreak of disease, timely and accurate diagnosis, rapid and effective treatment in the outbreak are the indispensable part of controlling these epidemics. The paper summarized current research progress on diagnostic techniques of five main highly pathogenic animal epidemics. The five main highly pathogenic animal epidemics include Newcastle disease, foot-and-mouth disease, swine influenza, classical swine fever and highly pathogenic porcine blue ear disease.
