16种中药对水貂绿脓杆菌的体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：采用打孔法测定五味子等16种中药对绿脓杆菌标准株和分离株的抑菌圈直径,探讨其对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,五倍子、五味子、诃子、石榴皮和乌梅等收涩类中药对绿脓杆菌标准菌株和水貂分离菌株均有较好抑菌作用,尤其是五倍子、诃子、五味子作用较强。黄连、金银花、连翘和射干等清热类中药也有一定抑菌效果,黄芪和太子参等补益类中药以及穿心莲、贯众、苍术、丁香和大黄均无抑菌作用。In order to sutdy the inhibition effect of Fructus Schisandrae et. al. 16 kinds of Chinese medicines on P. aeruginosa, we used punching method and determined the inhibition effect of 16 kinds of Chinese medicines on P. aeruginosa＇s standard strains and separation strains from mink in vitro. The results indicated Astringents including Galla Chinersis , Fructus Schisandrae , Fructus Chebulae , Pericarpium Granati and Fructus Mume had better antibacterial effects, especially Galla Chinersis , Fructus Schisandrae , Fructus Chebulae. Rhizoma Coptidis , Flos Lonicerae , Fructus Forsythiae and Rhizoma Belamcandae belong to the heat-clearing herbs had feeble antibacterial effects. Radix Astragali, Radix Pseudostellariae belong to Tonifying herbs and other herbs such as Herba Andrographis ,Rhizoma Cyrtornii ,Rhizorna Atractylodis, Flos Syzygii Aromatici and Radixet Rhizoma Rhei had no antibacterial effect.
