獭兔亚硝酸盐中毒的诊断与治疗体会

摘　　要：牧草在储藏过程中,如果管理不善,饲喂动物容易引发亚硝酸盐中毒。獭兔亚硝酸盐中毒的临床表现为黏膜发绀、呼吸高度困难和血液凝固不良。通过耳缘静脉注射美蓝,剂量0.1mL/kg～0.2mL/kg体重,配成10g/L的葡萄糖美蓝溶液进行治疗,效果明显。为了减少此类事件的发生,现将防治獭兔亚硝酸盐中毒体会做一报道,供养兔经营户参考。The forage, if poorly managed during storage, may easily induce nitrite poisoning when feeding animals,The clinical manifestations in netrite poisoning rex rabbits included mueosal cyanosis, difficult respiration and poor blood coagulation. The methylene blue solution was used to treat the sick rax rabbits through ear vein injection. The dosage was 10 mg/kg-20 mg/kg body weight. The curative effect was obvious. The report may use as reference for treatment and prevention of nitrite poisoning in rex rabbits.
