摘 要:为探明资源枯竭矿区的生态环境状况,采用模糊综合评价法,以东北某资源枯竭矿区为例,根据评价原则构建资源枯竭矿区生态环境质量评价体系,并通过测算该矿区的资源开发、自然环境和社会经济的综合指数,以及应用Arcgis 9.3的空间和叠加工具,实现其生态环境质量分级区域统计分析。结果表明:该资源枯竭矿区的生态环境质量等级主要为Ⅲ级,即其生态环境质量评价为中,占矿区总面积的42%,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级区域分别占31.01%和15.01%,而Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级区域仅占1.98%和10.00%;其评价结果符合实际,能够为该资源枯竭矿区转型提供参考。In order to explore the resource-exhausted mining areas of ecological and environmental conditions,eco-environmental quality evaluation system in those areas was built according to evaluation principles based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,taking a resource-exhausted mining area of Northeast China as an example.Regional statistical analysis of ecological environment quality grading was achieved by estimating the resource development,natural environment and socio-economic comprehensive index in the mining areas and applying Arcgis9.3 space and overlay tools.The results showed that ecological environment quality grade of the resource-exhausted mining areas was level III,namely eco-environmental quality evaluation was middle,accounting for 42% of the total area.Ⅳ and levels Ⅴ accounted for 31.01% and 15.01% of the mining areas,respectively.However,levels Ⅰand Ⅱ regions were only 1.98% and 10.00%.The evaluation results conformed to the reality and provided a reference for the transformation in the resource-exhausted mining areas.
