摘　　要：目的:氨基聚糖(GAG,glycosaminoglycan)充实于机体组织细胞外间质,是结缔纤维织的基质成分。在临床治疗中探讨其代谢活动的生理意义。方法:采用玻璃酸酶穴位/压痛点区注射法,做为输入因子,进行黑箱实验性质的治疗。结果:观察到对血管性头痛等功能性疼痛病有良好的疗效,对非细菌性炎症有消炎止痛作用,对早期高血压患者可稳定降压等。结论:氨基聚糖的代谢活动具有非特异性的机能调节作用。Objective： Glycosaminoglycan fills extracellular mesenchyme of tissues full.It is base material of connective fibrous tissues.Discuss the physiological significance of the metabolic activity of glycosaminoglycan in clinical treatment.Methods： Adopt hyaluronidase injection to the tender points in clinical treatment,as enter factor of black box property test.Results： Observe the good curative effect of functional pain diseases such as vascular headache.Observe the function of reducing inflammation and acesodyne to nonbacterial inflammation.Lower blood pressure to early hypertensive patients steadily.Conclusion： The metabolic activity of glycosaminoglycan has nonspecitic regulating action.
