摘 要:目的:用正交试验对半仿生法提取废次白肋烟叶烟碱的工艺进行优选。方法:采用半仿生法提取,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比对烟碱提取量的影响。结果:半仿生法提取废次白肋烟叶中烟碱的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度95%、提取温度100℃、料液比1:10,在此条件下,废次白肋烟叶中烟碱提取量为25.75mg/g。Objective: The optimum extraction process was optimized with orthogonal test for semi-bionic extraction of nicotine from abandoned white burley tobacco leaves.Methods: Experiments were made by using orthogonal design with extractive yield of nicotine as the index,investigating the influence of extracting temperature,extracting ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid to liquid.Results: Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 95%,temperature 100 ℃,stock ratio 1:10(g/ml,mass: volume).The extractive yield of nicotine from abandoned white burley tobacco leaves is 25.75mg/g at the optimum parameters.
