正交实验法优选半仿生提取废次白肋烟叶烟碱的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:用正交试验对半仿生法提取废次白肋烟叶烟碱的工艺进行优选。方法:采用半仿生法提取,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比对烟碱提取量的影响。结果:半仿生法提取废次白肋烟叶中烟碱的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度95%、提取温度100℃、料液比1:10,在此条件下,废次白肋烟叶中烟碱提取量为25.75mg/g。Objective： The optimum extraction process was optimized with orthogonal test for semi-bionic extraction of nicotine from abandoned white burley tobacco leaves.Methods： Experiments were made by using orthogonal design with extractive yield of nicotine as the index,investigating the influence of extracting temperature,extracting ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid to liquid.Results： Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows： ethanol concentration 95%,temperature 100 ℃,stock ratio 1：10（g/ml,mass： volume）.The extractive yield of nicotine from abandoned white burley tobacco leaves is 25.75mg/g at the optimum parameters.
