PBL教学法结合在线学习在妇产科学教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察PBL教学结合在线学习方法在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我校2007级临床医学专业学生60名,随机分为实验组(PBL教学结合在线学习)和对照组(在线学习),采取问卷调查和专家评分的方式对教学方法及效果进行评价。结果:PBL教学结合在线学习方法得到更多学生认同,且实验组学生成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学结合在线学习的方法教学效果好,有利于培养学生的综合素质,值得推广。Objective： To observe the application and effect of PBL teaching combining with On-Line Learning in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods： 60 clinical medical major students in grade 2007 of our school were divided randomly into two groups：The test group（PBL teaching combining with On-Line Learning） the control group（On-Line Learning）,the methods of Questionnaire investigation and expert evaluation are adopted to evaluate the teaching method and effect.Results： The teaching method is highly praised and well received by students,and the students in experimental group obtained significantly higher scores than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： PBL teaching combining with On-Line Learning is helpful to improve students＇ comprehensive quality,is a good teaching method and worth widely application.
