摘　　要：为提高战场电子战装备快速抢修及故障定位水平，文章应用虚拟仪器及多信号模型故障诊断等技术，设计了电子战装备故障测试诊断平台，实现了对装备分机、模块及单元板的故障诊断功能。并对其中关键技术，如接口转换卡、自动测试模块、虚拟仪器程序模块、数据库模块等进行了具体的阐述。In order to improve the rapid maintenance and fault location of the battlefield electronic warfare equipment, the virtual instrument and multi-signal model fault diagnosis techniques are adopted to design the fault diagnosis system in this paper. The system can complete the diagnosis function of the component of the equipment, module and unit board. And the key techniques, such as the interface converting card, auto test module, virtual instrument program module, database module and fault diagnosis module are discussed in detail.
