摘 要:针对传统电磁流量计只是适用于某种特定的条件,对流型比较敏感的问题,提出一种基于旋转磁场的流量测量方法.该方法对流型不敏感,而且大大减少了安装空间的要求.本文从毕奥—莎伐尔定律出发,采用两组轴线相互垂直的亥姆霍兹线圈,分别通入频率相同、相位相差90度的交流电流信号,在两组线圈包围的空间内产生一个同电流信号的频率相同旋转磁场.利用matlab软件仿真了磁场在空间一些特殊位置的分布曲线,并选取一些代表点讨论了磁场的分布规律.Specific to the traditional electromagnetic flowmeter is just suitable for a particular condition and sensitive to convection - type issues, the paper proposes a flow measurement methods based rotating magnetic field. This method is not sensitive to flow pattern, reduces the installation space requirements extremely. In this paper, according to Biot - Sha Laval's law, adopting two sets of mutually perpendicular axis Helmhohz coils, respectively access the same frequency, the phase difference of 90 degrees of the AC current signal, the two coils produce a rotating magnetic with the same frequency of current signal in the space surrounded by the fields. The paper gives the results of particular point by matlab simulation software, draws out the magnetic field distribution curve, and selects the number of delegate point to discuss distribution of the magnetic field.
