摘 要:随着稠油油藏开发过程的进一步深入,存在汽窜的区块越来越多,危害也越来越大。在定性认识热采汽窜通道形成机理的基础上,引入了汽窜时间与热侵体积的概念,通过单因素分析的方法,较准确地描述了稠油油藏汽窜的敏感因素,研究了储层渗透率、原油黏度、油层埋深、注汽强度和胶结程度等因素对汽窜时间和热侵体积的影响,结果发现储层渗透率越高、原油黏度越大、埋藏越浅、注汽强度越大、油藏越疏松,发生汽窜的可能性越大,汽窜时间越短。之后运用正交实验设计方法,通过级差分析与方差分析得到了各因素对汽窜指标的影响排序与显著性参数,结果表明渗透率对汽窜时间和热侵体积的影响最为显著。The number of the blocks in which steam breakthrough occurs increase and therefore harms increase too with the in-depth CSS for heavy oil reservoirs.The paper introduces 2 concepts,namely,steam breakthrough time and thermal invasion volume on the basis of the qualitative understanding of the formation mechanism of steam channeling.The paper describes accurately the sensitive factors to steam breakthrough through the method of single factor analysis.Formation permeability,crude oil viscosity,buried depth,steam injection intensity and cementation,etc.are studied.As a result of the study,probability increases and steam breakthrough time decreases with the increase in permeability,viscosity,buried depth,steam injection intensity and loose cementation.The orthogonal test method is used to get the order and key factors of the effect factors to stream breakthrough indicators by using rank difference analysis and variance analysis.As a result,the key factor of the effect to steam breakthrough time and thermal invasion volume is permeability.
