摘 要:热力采油过程中,由于原油中的硫醇、硫醚以及二硫化物在厌氧条件下分解,生成H2S,并随伴生气产出,不仅危及现场人员的生命安全,而且H2S溶于水后生成的氢硫酸会对采油设备造成损坏。为了明确热力采油过程中H2S生成的机理,将原油、水、岩心粉末、土酸、磺酸盐助排剂按不同的组合方式加入合成釜中,模拟井下不同温度条件下,原油热降解生成H2S的规律。实验结果表明,水、岩心粉末、土酸对原油热裂解起到催化作用,但磺酸盐助排剂对原油热裂解产生的H2S有很强的抑制作用,因此需要在蒸汽驱、SAGD等开发区块加入磺酸盐助排剂,以减少H2S的危害。During thermal production of heavy oil,H2S is generated due to the decomposition of mercaptan,thieother and disulphide under anaerobic conditions.The fluids produced with H2S not only endanger the life safety of the workers on site,but also corrode production facilities and make production facilities failure due to the generation of hydrosulphuric acid after H2S's dissolution into water.In order to clarify the mechanism of H2S generation during thermal production,the regularity of H2S generation resulting from thermal degradation of crude oil is simulated under different down hole conditions by adding the different combination modes of crude oil,water,core powder,tu-acid and sulfonate back-flow assistant agent into a synthetizing kettle.The study shows that water,core powder and tu-acid can functions as catalysis for crude oil thermal cracking,however,sulfonate back-flow assistant agent can strongly inhibit H2S resulting from crude oil thermal cracking.It is proposed that related measures should be taken to prevent and inhibit the dangers caused by H2S in the production with CSS and SAGD.
