摘  要:在分析托甫台地区钻井现状与技术难点基础上,研究了大排量35 MPa高压喷射优快钻井技术,优化了水力参数和钻进参数,并在3口井的一开和二开井段进行试验。与常规技术相比,钻速可提高50%~260%,钻井周期可缩短38%~58%。在深部地层推广应用了螺杆+PDC钻头复合钻井技术,试验了等壁厚螺杆复合钻井技术、扭力冲击器钻井技术,与邻井相比钻速可提高57%~81%。The paper presents the study on advanced & fast drilling technology,namely,high pressure jet drilling with high rate and pressure of 35 MPa;and on the optimization of hydraulic parameters and drilling parameters;and the pilot test in the first spud and the second spud in 3 wells based on the analyses of the current drilling status and technology difficulty existing in Tuofutai area.Compared with conventional drilling,the drilling can increase ROP by 50%~260% and shorten drilling period by 38%~58%.In deep reservoirs,screw and PDC bits are popularly applied and the technologies of combined bits of iso-wall thickness and torsion impactor drilling are tested,increasing ROP by 57%~81% compared with adjacent wells.
