摘　　要："文化与语言"是国际金融中心竞争力的一个考量指标,伦敦之所以能够成为一流的国际金融中心,很重要的一点是她有极高的开放度和接纳各种文化和语言的包容度。文章以伦敦金融城为例,阐述"文化与语言"是伦敦成为国际金融中心的一个不可或缺的因素,对陆家嘴金融城建设有着重要的借鉴意义。Culture and Language is one of the competitive factors for ranking the global financial centers. This paper analyses the origin and development of the City of London, the role of the culture and language played in the shaping of the City. and is intended to state that culture and language play an important rote in the construction of Lujiazui Financial City.
