山东省体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生就业现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等对山东省体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生就业状况及存在的问题进行了研究。结果表明:山东省体育教育专业硕士研究生的就业在经历下降过程后趋于平稳,中、小学成为就业的主要流向;研究生的培养规模与社会需求之间的供需矛盾,课程设置不契合就业岗位的实际需要,研究生自身素质的缺陷成为制约体育教育训练学专业研究生就业的主要因素;应通过建立研究生供需的预警机制,改革培养体系和课程设置,提升研究生的综合素质促进研究生的就业。By the methods of investigation, literature research and mathematical slatistics, the situation of physical education and training postgraduate employment in Shandong province was analyzed. The results show that the employment rate tends to be stable after falling and that primary and middle schools turn out to be the main choice of employment. Imbalance between postgraduate supply and social demand, maladjustment between postgraduate curriculum and practical need,and postgraduates＇ own quality defects have become the main restraining factors of employment. To promote the postgraduate employment, we must build the early warning mechanism of supply and demand, reform training system and curriculum development, and improve their comprehensive quality.
