卤阳湖湿地的保护规划及效益分析

摘　　要：为合理制定湿地资源有效保护规划,并充分发挥其服务功能,本文以陕西渭南卤阳湖湿地为例,根据卤阳湖湿地规划区现状、特征和管理的需要进行保护与利用规划研究,并从生态、经济和社会效益方面对卤阳湖湿地进行分析,同时探讨了湿地保护与利用规划应该遵循的原则。分析结果表明,规划的实施具有明显的生态、经济和社会效益,该研究为以后开展湿地保护与利用工作提供理论参考。How to make a reasonable plan to protect the resources of the wetland effectively and to give full play to its serving function has become a hotspot in the study field of wetland. Taking wetland in Luyang Lake as an example, firstly this paper introduces the general situation. And based on the status, characteristics and the need of management, a protection and utilization plan is carried out. Then the ecology, eco- nomic and social benefits of the plan are also analyzed. The analysis indicates that the implementation of the plan is of significant ecology, economic and social benefits. Finally, this paper discusses the principles which should be followed in hope to provide the reference for the protection and utilization of wetland resources.
