30%异丙甲草胺水乳剂的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用气相色谱法分析30%异丙甲草胺水乳剂,选用HP–5非极性柱和FID检测器,正二十二烷为内标物,以内标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。异丙甲草胺与内标物的色谱峰能够很好分离,且保留时间适宜,方法的相关系数为0.9988,标准偏差为0.1383,变异系数为0.46%,平均回收率为99.42%。A method was developed for the determination of metolachlor 30% EW by gas chromatography on HP-5 non-polar column with FID detector,and n-docosane was selected as internal standard.The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of metolachlor and internal standard could be completely separated,the retention time was suitable,and the linear correlation,standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery of metolachlor were 0.9988,0.1383,0.46% and 99.42%,respectively.
