摘 要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件对开发的新型防落梁装置的耗能元件的耗能影响因素及效果进行系统研究,并对耗能元件的用钢量、刚度、允许位移和耗能能力等因素进行优化分析。结果表明:耗能元件具有良好的塑性性能,耗能能力较好,可通过改变元件数量来满足不同初始刚度或屈服力的技术要求;脊背高度、元件厚度和元件高度对耗能效果均有影响,其中脊背高度对耗能能力的影响最大,脊背高度的增加可有效提高耗能能力;耗能元件的厚度取为脊背高度的1/4~1/2,高度取为脊背高度的2.5~4倍较为合理,端肢倾斜角度为20°~35°较合适。The systematic analysis on the effect and influence factors of energy-consuming components of a new type falling-off prevention device was carried out based on ABAQUS finite element software.Moreover,the optimization analysis of the influence factors of the energy-consuming components,including the steel consumption,stiffness,allowable displacement,and energy dissipation capacity,was given.The results showed that the energy-consuming component had good plastic properties.Furthermore,the initial stiffness and the yield force of the new device could be adjusted by changing the number of the energy-consuming components.The result also indicated that the back height,the thickness,the height of the energy-consuming components had an important effect on its energy dissipation capacity.In the influence factors,the back height of the components had the most effect,and the energy dissipation capacity could be improved by increasing the back height.The study gave the reasonable value range of the influence factors for the energy-consuming components,the thickness was 1/4-1/2 times of the back height,the height was 2.5-4 times of the back height,and the dip angle of the end limb was within 20°-35°.
