摘  要:目的探讨神经节苷脂(GM1)对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿神经行为发育的影响。方法 68例HIE新生儿,随机分为GM1治疗组35例,常规治疗组33例。2组患儿分别于3个月龄和6个月龄时测定神经精神运动发育商(DQ)值。结果 GM1治疗组HIE患儿3个月龄和6个月龄DQ值均高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GM1治疗组6个月龄发育障碍发生率低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GM1可改善HIE新生儿的神经行为发育,降低HIE患儿发育障碍发生率。Objective The effect of ganglioside(GM) to the nerves behavior development of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) neonates was studied.Methods Sixty-eight HIE neonates were obtained and be divided into GM1-treat group and control group.Thirty-five HIE subjects were in the GM1-treat group and 33 HIE subjects were in the control group.The developmental quotient value and the eccyliosis rate of HIE neonates both in the GM1-treat group and control group were determined at theirs 3 month and 6 month age.Results The developmental quotient value of GM1-treat group samples were statistical significantly higher than that of control group samples both at 3 month age and 6 month age(P0.05).The eccyliosis rate of GM1-treat group samples were statistical significantly lower than that of control group samples at 6 month age(P0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside benefits to HIE neonates′ nerves behavior development and reduce the eccyliosis rate of HIE neonates.
