摘　　要：针对山西典型的资源型地区特征,通过实践探索与对比分析,提出了符合山西省情和行业循环经济发展实际的"强基克难抑低,高端化发展,规模化推进"十六字发展重点和六个优先领域和有效路径。力求找准突破口,为处于资源型经济转型发展综合配套改革试验区大背景下的山西提供一种现实的、可借鉴的操作思路,缓解山西资源环境对经济发展的瓶颈制约。Around typical resource-based area features in Shanxi, the authors put forward 16 words development key points of ＂strengthening base, overcoming difficulties and suppressing low level; high-level development; scale promotion＂ and 6 priority areas as well as effective path through practical exploration and contrastive analysis, which find out the breakthrough in order to provide realistic and reference operations ideas for Shanxi province that was in position of resource-based economic transformation development comprehensive reform experimental district.
