摘　　要：《物理化学实验》中溶胶电泳实验,从溶胶制备、渗析纯化到电泳,存在时间长、制备和渗析纯化容易失败等问题。本文提出了一种快速简便的溶胶制备及"抽滤渗析加尿素"的纯化方法。实验结果表明,此法具有省时、简便,成功率高等优点。The Electrophoresis Experiment method of Fe（OH）3 Colloid provided in the journal Physics and Chemical Experiments is time consuming and the preparation of colloid and Electrodialysis purification,often end up in failure.This paper puts forward a new and simple method for Fe（OH）3 Colloid preparation as well as ＂Leaching Electrodialysis with Urea added＂ purification method.The result showed that this method is simple,timesaving and has a higher success rate.
