摘　　要：【目的】探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气（nCPAP）治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OS-AHs）患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-a（TNF-a）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。【方法】选取OSAHS患者95例，根据呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI），分为轻度组30例，中度组30例，重度组35例，另选AHI％5者30例为对照组。比较不同组间血清TN-a、IL-6的差异及重度组经nCPAP3个月治疗前后血清TNF-a、IL-6水平。【结果】与其他各组相比，重度组血清TNF-a、IL-6水平升高，且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。对照组与轻度组相比、轻度组与中度组相比，TNF-a、IL-6水平差异无显著性（P〉O．05），对照组与中度组相比，TNF-a、IL-6水平差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。重度组经nCPAP治疗3个月后TNF-a、IL-6水平较治疗前明显降低，且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】与对照组相比，OSAHS患者血清TNF-a、IL-6水平较高，通过3个月CPAP治疗可降低血清TNF-a、IL-6的水平。[Objective] To explore the effect of nasal continual positive airway pressure（nCPAP） on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hy- popnea syndrome（OSAHS）. [Methods] A total of 95 OSAHS patients were enrolled and divided into mild group（ n =30）, moderate group（ n =30） and severe group（ n = 35） based on apnea hypopnea index（AHI）. Other 30 patients with AHI lower than 5 were selected as control group. Serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 a- mong different groups and the levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in severe group before and 3 months after nCPAP were compared. [Results] Compared other groups, serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in severe group increased, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 between control group and mild group or mild group and moderate group（ P 〉0.05）. There was signifi- cant difference in serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 between control group and moderate group （ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before treatment, serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in severe group 3 months after nCPAP treat- ment obviously decreased, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Compared with con- trol group, serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in OSAHS patients are higher. CPAP therapy for 3 months can decrease serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6.
