盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗早期种植体周围软组织炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】评估盐酸米诺环素软膏（派丽奥）治疗早期种植体周围软组织炎的临床疗效。【方法】对在本院完成种植修复1个月以内发生了早期种植体周围软组织炎的25例患者，共37枚种植体采用盐酸米诺环素软膏局部治疗，检查并比较用药前和用药后1、2、4周菌斑指数（PLI）、探诊深度（PD）、龈沟出血指数（SBI），并随访一年。【结果】治疗后，患者PLI，PD，SBI与用药前相比显著降低，药效至少能维持至停药后4周，患者临床治疗效果满意。【结论】盐酸米诺环素软膏局部使用是治疗早期种植体周围软组织炎的有效方法，对早期种植体周围软组织炎的控制是预防感染向深部发展的重要手段。[Objective] To assess the clinical efficacy of hydrochloride minocycline ointment（periocline） for the treatment of early peri-implant soft tissue inflammation. [Methods]A total of 25 patients（37 implants） with early peri-implant soft tissue inflammation within a month of implantation in our hospital were treated with periocline. Plaque index（PLI）, probing depth（PD） of pocket and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） were meas- ured and compared before and 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. The follow up time was 12 months. [Results] Compared with before treatment, PLI, PD and SBI of patients significantly decreased after treatment. The drug effect lasted 4 weeks after withdrawal at least. The clinical efficacy of patients was satisfactory. [Conclusion] Local medication of periocline is an effective method for the treatment of early peri-implant soft tissue inflammation, and important to control the deep development of early peri-implant soft tissue inflamma- tion.
