摘  要:目的探讨自我管理教育对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(简称冠脉介入治疗)术后患者自我管理疾病能力的影响。方法对80例冠脉介入治疗术后患者进行有针对性的自我管理教育,并采用疾病知识调查表及自我效能量表对本组患者干预前后进行测评。结果自我管理教育提高了患者疾病知识掌握程度,护理干预后自我效能得分高于干预前水平(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论自我管理教育符合患者的健康需求,提高了患者疾病相关知识的知、信、行水平,调动了患者及其亲属积极参与及学习自我管理方法的主动性,能提高冠脉介入术后患者自我管理疾病的能力。Objective To investigate the effect of self management education in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were trained with self management education course after PCI, and then evaluated by disease knowledge and self efficacy scale survey before and after intervention. Resuits Mastery of coronary heart disease for patients involved in the present study and nurse and self efficacy scores were significantly increased after the intervention (P^0.01). Conclusion Self management education meets the health needs of patients and increases disease related knowledge, attitude, line level among patients involved in the present study, and mobilizes the active participation of patients and their relatives in self management education, and improves self management ability after PCI.
