无锡市新生代农民工市民化问题的实证调查研究

摘　　要：随着社会改革开放和工业化、城市化、现代化的发展，新生代农民工市民化问题越来越成为社会关注的热点问题。以无锡市样本新生代农民工的实证调查为例，从新生代农民工具有的特征及在农民向市民转变过程中所遇到的障碍等方面对新生代农民工市民化问题作初步探讨，并提出了解决市民化问题的对策措施。With the reform and opening up of society as well as the development of industrialization, urbanization and modernization, the problem from new generation of migrant workers＇urbanization has increasingly become a hotspot of social attention. Based on empirical investigation of the new generation of migrant workers in Wuxi city, the paper makes a preliminary discussion about the problem from new generation of migrant workers＇ urbanization from both the characteristics that the new generation of migrant workers own and the obstacles encountered in the process and other aspects of the new generation of migrant workers＇urbanization. The relevant countermeasure for the problem from new generation of migrant workers＇ urbanization is also put forward.
