摘 要:研究了官能团不同的三种硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560,KH570)表面改性片状绢云母,分别用FT-IR、SEM、接触角和EIS等对偶联剂的改性效果及对环氧涂料涂层耐蚀性能的影响进行了表征.结果表明:三种偶联剂均对片状绢云母进行了表面改性,且改性绢云母的涂层耐蚀性能都得到了提高;带有氨基的KH550改性效果最佳,带有乙烯基的KH570次之,带有环氧基的KH560较差.The surface modification of the flake sericite by different functional groups of three kinds of silane cou- pling agent( KH550, KH560, KH570) is studied. The modification effect of coupling agent and the corrosion re- sistance of epoxy coating are characterized by FT-IR, SEM, contact angle test and EIS. The main results are ob- tained as follows. The flake sericite is successfully surface modified by three kinds of coupling agents. The corro- sion resistance of epoxy coating with modified sericite is improved. KH550 with the amino group is the best, KH570 with the vinyl group follows, KH560 with the epoxy group is the worst.
