摘　　要：本文试图分析新兴交叉学科形成的科学规律及其所遵循的哲学原理。文中从不同角度说明新兴交叉学科自组织涌现的条件、本质和哲学原理。In this article,some scientific laws and philosophical principles from which the rising interdiscipines arise were presented.The author tries to explain the conditions,the essence,and the principles of emergence of burgeoning interdisciplines from different aspects.
