摘　　要：刘学锴、余恕诚编撰的《李商隐诗歌集解》是一部优秀的诗歌注释著作,学术价值高,社会影响大。其注释成就主要有:第一,资料搜罗详备、校勘细致谨严;第二,注释内容全面系统,准确度高;第三,折中判断贯通诗意,深入分析时出创见;第四,审美观照,阐发拓展诗歌艺术特色;第五,内容编排科学、注释体例完善。总结《集解》的注释成就,探讨其注释思想,不仅对于总结新时期诗歌注释的成就具有重要的个案意义,而且对整个古典诗歌的注释和解读都具有典范的意义。LI Shang-yin Shige Jijie compiled by LIU Xue-kai and YU Shu-cheng is a famous annotation work of classic poet, with very high academic value and wide-ranging social impact. The achievements of annotation in LI Shang-yin Shige Jijie as follows： First, the data collected are detailed and exhaustive, the collation is careful and rigorous; Second, the contents of annotation is comprehensive and systematic with high accuracy; Third, compromises all kinds of views through smart judgments, and often proposes new views based on in-depth analysis; Fourth, with perspective of aesthetic, fully exposes and expands the art of LI Shang-yin＇s poet; Fifth, the contents of annotationis arranged scientifically, and the formal layout is perfect.To sum up the achievements of famous annotation works of classic poet such as LI Shang-yin Shige Jijie and discuss its thought of annotation not only is of great significance for summing up the achievements of annotation in the classic poet in new times, but also is a great model for the annotation and interpretation of classic poets today.
