摘 要:目的:探讨医护合作型分级护理模式在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法:将169例T2DM患者随机分为干预组87例和对照组82例,对照组给予常规分级护理,干预组采用医护合作型分级护理模式,比较两组护理质量。结果:干预组患者疾病知晓率、遵医依从性、平均住院日、健康教育覆盖率、患者满意度及再入院率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组分级护理流程理解执行情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:医护合作型分级护理模式有利于护士落实分级护理措施,提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of grading nursing model under physician - nurse collaboration in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods : 169 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the intervention group ( n = 87} and the control group ( n = 82 ). The routine grading nursing care was taken in the control group and the grading nursing model under physiciannurse collaboration was applied in the intervention group, then the quality of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patients'knowingness rate of the disease and compliance of treatment, average hospitalization days, coverage rate of health education, patient satisfaction and readmission rate between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ) ;the difference in the comparison of understanding and implementation of grading nursing care was statistically significant between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion : The grading nursing model under physician - nurse collaboration is conducive to putting the measures of grading nursing care into effect and can improve the quality of nursing care as well.
