摘　　要：在我国，铁路运输能力成为衡量社会生产力的重要标准。目前我国铁路运输资源稀缺，运输市场供不应求的状况将会持续存在。本文论述了煤炭运输改革的迫切性，分析当前铁路煤炭运输中的矛盾，并提出了煤炭铁路运输改革策略。The capability of railway transportation has become the most important standard to measure the social productive forces in China. Currently, the status in which railway transport resources are scarce and transport market demand exceeds supply will continue to exist. This essay discusses about the urgency of the reform of the coal transportation, analyzes the contradiction in the coal transportation and proposes the reform strategy of the coal transportation.
