摘 要:在采用主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构和外差方法实现激光器的相干合成中,由于各种因素的限制,不能保证各支路激光的相位完全一致。建立了反馈控制的相位误差分析模型,并对引起相位误差的因素进行了分析,包括电路延迟、电路输出的电压噪声、电路输出电压和相位调制器半波电压的不匹配、以及空间光路的扰动等,其中空间光路的扰动影响较大。进行了相干合成实验,当敲击分光镜时,空间光路发生变化,造成相位控制精度下降和相干合成的效果变差。The phases of branching lasers can't be strictly consistent with each other in the MOPA coherent combining system. The phase error modal was constructed, and the nonideal factors were discussed, including circuit delay, the output noise voltage of the circuit, the mismatch between the output voltage of the circuit and the half-wave voltage of the phase modulator, the disturbance of spatial light path, and so on. The results show that the phase error brought by the disturbance of spatial light path is larger than the others. The laser coherent combining experiment was carried out. When the spatial light path was changed by vibrating beam splitter, the phase control precision decreased, and the effect of the coherent combining of lasers became worse.
