摘  要:综合应用正交试验与模糊综合评价方法,对影响自润滑关节轴承摩擦磨损性能各因素的主效应、两两因素之间的交互效应及全部因素水平搭配之间的交互效应进行综合分析,并依据分析结果确定最优参数组合,弥补方差分析只能研究单目标问题,不能全面反映实际情况的不足,为在不同工况条件下合理选择轴承类型提供依据。研究结果表明,各因素对编织衬垫自润滑关节轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响程度依次为:衬垫材料、摆动频率、前处理工艺;衬垫材料与摆动频率的交互效应对综合指标影响显著。With the orthogonal experiment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the main effect of various factors which af fected tribological properties of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with woven liners ,the interaction effect between two fac tors and among factors and levels were analyzed, and the optimal combination of parameters was determined on the bases of the evaluated values. The variance analysis can only study the single index problem, not fully reflect the actual situation. The method of fuzzy orthogonal made up for the lack of variance analysis and acquired the satisfied results. It provided a basis that the optimal bearings were chosen respectively under different working conditions. Each experiment factor on friction and wear properties of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with woven liners are liner materials, oscillating frequency, pre-treatment process. The in teraction effect between liner materials and oscillatin freauencv was the most obvious.
