摘　　要：辞书质量问题成了当前社会各界广泛议论的热门话题 ,文章就如何继承古书训诂成果、提高辞书编纂队伍素质问题谈了自己的意见 。The poor quality of most current dictionaries has become one of the daily topics in society.In order to solve this quality problem fundamentally,this essay puts forward some of the author's suggestions as to how to inherit the achievements in the exegesis of ancient books,to enhance the quality of dictionary compilers.
