摘 要:在传统的齿轮振动与噪声测量的基础上,提出了一种使用旋转编码器为采集振动与噪声数据提供齿轮分度时标的测量方法;通过对齿轮啮合时谐波特征的分析,建立了螺旋锥齿轮振动与噪声的同步测量模型,推导了时标信号的频率特性,并分析了其滤波效果;然后在此基础上利用MATLAB软件对齿轮传动中的啮合频率及其谐波进行了仿真与分析;最后,在Y9550型滚动检验机上搭建振动与噪声测量的试验平台,并对螺旋锥齿轮的振动与噪声进行了测量验证。结果表明,利用时标分度信号的测量方法能够有效地隔离机床本身的振动并减少输入噪声的扰动及其他影响,进而准确地提取出与啮合周期信号相关的频率信息。Based on gear noise and vibration measurement, an approach was proposed for the data collect- ed with time calibration signals generated by a rotary encoder for circumferential index. Through the analysis of the harmonic features at gearing mesh, a measuring model of gear noise and vibration with time synchro- nous calibration signals was established. With the frequency characteristics of time calibration to be derived, the filtering effect was analyzed. Then, the simulation and analysis of the gear meshing frequency and its har- monics were implemented by the filter in Matlab software. Finally, the noise and vibration measurement ex- periments of hypoid gears were verified on the platform installed on the Y9550--type rolling tester. Experi- ments indicate that the measurement method using time calibration signals can effectively isolate the vibration of machine itself and reduce the unknown noise disturbance. Through the results, the relevant frequency in- formation associated with gear mating cycle can be extracted accurately.
