摘 要:从分子结构设计的角度出发,采用单体三聚甲醛、三聚氰胺及磺化葡萄糖,在催化剂的作用下,直接聚合得到一种新型三聚氰胺减水剂。采用红外光谱对分子结构进行了表征,通过试验研究单体比例、催化剂用量、反应浓度对聚合产物分散性和保塑性的影响规律。试验结果表明,与萘系减水剂和传统密胺减水剂相比,该减水剂具有更优的分散性能;其最佳合成工艺为:n(三聚氰胺)∶n(磺化葡萄糖)=15∶4,催化剂用量4%,反应浓度40%~45%。A new and excellent melamine type superplasticizer was synthesized from the view of molecular structure design by use of melamine,melformaldehyde and sulfonated glucose as monomer under the function of catalyst. The molecular structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Retention behavior on the polymerization dispersion and plasticity was re- searched through the test and research of monomer ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction concentration. The test results show that compared with Naphthalene superplasticizer and traditional melamine superplasticizer, the obtained superplasticizer has better dispersion prop- erties. The best synthesis technique was that the amount of catalyst was 4% by the mass of all monomers,the liquid density of reaction was 40%-45% and the mole ratio of melamine and snlfonic glucose was 15:4.
