摘  要:基于焦炉大容积焦化、分级燃烧加热的过程特点和燃烧室炭化室耦合的结构特点,建立描述其内部流动、燃烧、传热、传质的三维非稳态数理模型,开展数值仿真,并将模拟结果与实际数据进行对比验证。通过计算,获得到了相应的结焦时间、焦化过程中焦炭床层的温度变化以及废气出口NO含量的变化规律;考察了焦炭床层加热的均匀性,并与传统的下喷式单点燃烧加热焦炉进行对比;最后还分析了装炉煤水分含量、初始温度以及堆密度等操作参数的影响。研究结果表明,对于大容积焦炉,在提高焦炭产量的同时,采用分级燃烧加热方式,可以有效提高焦炭床层的加热均匀性,保证最终产品的质量,并有效减少NO的生成;而且,煤预热、煤调湿和煤料密实技术的应用有利于提高生产效率。该文工作可为焦炉大型化生产实际及设计提供基础理论和参考数据。Based on the structure and process characteristics of large-capacity coke oven,a three-dimensional transient mathematical model was built to emulate fluid flow,combustion,heat and mass transfer with coking processes in the coupled carbonization chamber and staging combustion chamber.The model was validated by comparing the numerical results with the experienced data.The temperature evolution in the carbonization chamber was pursued and the consumed time for coking completion was obtained.The NO concentration of exhaust,fluid flow and the temperature distribution within the combustion chamber were also analyzed.The simulation results were further compared with those of the traditional smaller-capacity coke oven.It is shown that applying staging combustion can effectively improve the temperature uniformity of the coke bed,especially for a large-capacity oven.Meanwhile,the NO concentration of exhaust can be reduced.In addition,it turns out that coal preheating,coal moisture controlling or/and coal compacting are beneficial to improve the coke production efficiency.The developed model and relevant data are valuable for realizing large scale coke oven with the same even improved coke quality.
