摘 要:不同工况下直接空冷凝汽器的换热性能,是直接空冷机组设计、优化和运行的主要依据。文中针对目前我国1000MW超超临界直接空冷机组所采用的单排翅片管,利用搭建在空冷机组现场的试验风洞,对翅片管的换热性能进行试验研究,试验风洞蒸汽侧直接接入空冷机组的冷端。通过试验,获得了翅片管空气侧努赛尔数和雷诺数之间的无量纲关联式,以及关联式与翅片管迎面风速分布之间的关系。结果表明,翅片管的换热性能不但与风机的风量有关,而且受迎面风速分布的影响很大,迎面风速沿翅片管轴向从上至下呈降低趋势分布时,更有利于换热。The heat transfer performance under various operating conditions is the key factor for design,optimization and operation of a direct air-cooled condenser(DACC).Aim at one-row finned-tubes installed in a 1000 MW ultra supercritical air-cooled power plant,and on the basis of a wind tunnel built on site,the heat transfer performance of the finned-tube was researched.Steam flowed into finned-tubes on the wind tunnel was imported from the cold side of the steam turbine.Based on the experimental data,dimensionless correlations between Nusselt number and Reynolds number for the air side of the finned-tube and the relationship between the dimensionless correlation and the head wind velocity distribution were developed.It is found that the heat transfer performance of finned-tubes not only depends on the air flow rate of the fan,but also correlates with the head wind velocity distribution.It is propitious to heat transfer when head wind velocity reduces gradually along finned-tubes downwards.
