摘 要:某农药厂的敌百虫生产废水酸性强,有机物浓度高,可生化性差,属难处理废水。原处理工程采用铁碳还原与A2/O相结合的工艺,但需要大量的稀释水,且处理效果不稳定。通过敌百虫转化回收系统和脉冲电解增强了预处理效果,对某些处理构筑物进行适当改造,强化了系统调控,减排效果明显,且能产生经济效益。The trichlorfon wastewater from a pesticide plant is difficult to treat due to its strong acidity, high concentration of organic substances and low biodegradability. The combined process of iron carbon reduction and A2/O technology was used in the original treatment project, which required a large amount of dilution water, and the treatment effect was unstable. The pretreatment effect was enhanced by recycling wastewater pesticide ingredients and pulse electrolysis, some treatment structures were recon- structed, and the regulation and control of the system were strengthened. These measures could generate significant emission reductions and economic benefits.
