摘 要:目的探讨血清白介素(IL)-4﹑IL-12和干扰素(IFN)-γ的表达与玫瑰糠疹发病的相关性及在发病机制中的作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验﹙ELISA﹚检测30例急性期玫瑰糠疹患者血清标本中IL-4﹑IL-12﹑IFN-γ的水平,并与正常对照组相比较。结果玫瑰糠疹患者血清中IL-4水平较正常对照组降低,而IL-12、IFN-γ水平较正常对照组升高。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-4、IL-12、IFN-γ参与了机体的免疫调节,在玫瑰糠疹的发病机制中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the correlation of expression level of IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-y and pityriasis rosea, and explore the possible role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of PR. Methods EEnzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the level of IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-7 in serum of 30 patients with pityriasis rosea in acute phase, then the results were compared with healthy control volunteers. Result The level of IL-4 in the serum of PR patients was lower than healthy control, while the level of IL-12 and IFN-7 was higher. All of the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of this study indicated that IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-7 are involved in the immune regulation, and maybe play an important role in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea.
